HELP AND ADVICE

1.Press OK button continuously for 3 seconds, go to the Settings bar, then click setting.
2.Go to playback and select Native for your Decorder
3.Reboot the app and the problem should be solved.

Q: Some channels have breaking audio, have a black screen, or not working.
A: We cannot guarantee that all the channels will work perfectly because the problem could be related to your internet speed or technical issues.
Q: Images are perfectly fine but there is no audio.
A: In this case, you could start by double checking your Menu/Settings/TV Output to ensure that all the options selected comply with your set-top to TV connection. You can also check if the AV cable is properly connected if you are using an AV cable or adaptor connection. Check if your TVs volume is down or mute.
Q: There are no pictures.
A: This could be due to incorrect TV output settings which can be corrected from the front panel of your set-top box. It could also be due to incorrect settings on your TV.
Q: I have an empty channel list.
A: The channel list is usually downloaded automatically every 24 hours. You can download it by unplugging the set-top box from the mains for a few seconds and plugging it back on. You can also check to confirm that the set-top box is connected to the internet.
Q: I’m getting freezing pictures.
A: Change to another channel to check if the problem has to do with the channel you are watching. If the problem persists, reboot the set top box by unplugging it from the mains and plugging it back again.
Q: I’m seeing square block pictures
A: Confirm that our internet cable is intact and not damaged. You can also restart the set-top box if the internet cable is okay.
Q: Getting low quality pictures
A: Go to Menu/Settings/TV Outputs and ensure that everything is correctly set.
Q: I still can’t find channels in the channel list after setting everything correctly.
A: The problem could be caused by your router’s connection between the internet cable and the set-top box. You can try to solve the issue by restarting both the set-top box and router at the same time. You can also check to confirm the WAN port diode is lit. If not, disconnect then connect the internet cable again.
